Robert completed a renovation of my guest bathroom. This included removing the tub and replacing it with a tiled walk-in shower. A new vanity was made and new plumbing fixtures and light fixtures were installed. The adjacent bedroom got a facelift with new carpet and fresh paint. He also reconfigured the walk-in closet and added new mirrored doors. The tile work is beautiful and his cabinet maker does a wonderful job. This was the third project Robert completed for me. Last year, he redid my kitchen and prior to that my upper and lower decks. It's been a great experience working with Robert and his wife, Heather. They made it very easy and the results are beautiful.

This was a 3 bedroom 1 bath home built in 1950 that had only exterior walls and needed the roof replaced. I had also asked that a screened-in patio be built onto the back of the house. There was a time restraint in getting the home ready as I was moving my 90 year old mother into this residence, which required the company to think about accommodations for her in the plans to finish the house. We bought a house that needed a 90% remodel. We hired Robert Delafield and couldn't have been more pleased. We got all new plumbing, new flooring, added gas lines in the home, a tankless water heater, custom closets, acid stained concrete, and some very intricate carpentry work. Delafield Construction was hired to remodel one of my bathrooms. The workmen were always here on time, they worked consistently and the house was neat as a pin when they left every day. Both Diego and Wayne were very talented and meticulous with their work. They were delightful personalities as well. Robert's supervision of the ongoing project was consistent and the very minor issues that came up were dealt with promptly and professionally. My new bathroom is spectacular and I couldn't be more pleased!
